I purchased a mini from Lincoln Marks and I dealt with Matt, who had actually sold me the mini I was going to part ex, 13 years ago ! Matt was friendly and made us feel at ease, allowed us to look at the car without any pressure and made the test drive easy. The mini we purchased is a very clean car and well looked after. Matt was very helpful and sorted out all the paperwork when we picked up the new car which was a great help. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Lincoln Marks. From start to finish, everything was very smooth sailing. There was no delay in picking the car up once purchased and prepped. Very happy with the customer service Matt provided. Buying a car from Matt at Lincoln Marks was not like buying a car at all. There was no hard sell, no hidden extras, no pushing extended warranties. I chose my new car from a small selection of high quality Minis Matt had in stock. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle on my own. Matt is professional and answered queries quickly and resolved a small issue without question and before I collected the car. He is extremely knowledgeable having worked for Mini years ago. I didn't have a car to part exchange but this is an option if you have. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to purchase a car from Lincoln Marks. and I absolutely love my new Mini.
