Buying a car from Matt at Lincoln Marks was not like buying a car at all. There was no hard sell, no hidden extras, no pushing extended warranties. I chose my new car from a small selection of high quality Minis Matt had in stock. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle on my own. Matt is professional and answered queries quickly and resolved a small issue without question and before I collected the car. He is extremely knowledgeable having worked for Mini years ago. I didn't have a car to part exchange but this is an option if you have. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to purchase a car from Lincoln Marks. and I absolutely love my new Mini.

I recently bought my Mini convertible off Matt and can safely say it was the best service I have ever received. I felt no pressure to buy and he let us go for a test drive on our own, suggesting a route to take. I was also offered a very fair price for my part exchange car (Fiat 500) On collection the car had been valeted and looked even better than when we first saw it. The whole buying process was so easy and smooth. I could not recommend Lincoln marks highly enough and will definitely be returning when I want another Mini, which won’t be for a while because I love my car so much! This is the second Mini I have purchased from the seller Matt. The first mini i bought off him I had for 5 years and so decided to part ex for a newer model. The cars he offers are in incredibly good condition and the prices are very fair. The exchange I received for my old Mini was very fair and I was happy to take home my new car. Will definitely part exchange with him again when the time is right.
