We have had the most incredible service from Lincoln Marks from the very first time I spoke with Matt to arrange a car viewing. He is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and was thorough from start to finish. In less that 2 days we viewed the car, had a test drive and brought it home with everything in place. We are so pleased with our new car, it has a new service and mot and was immaculate inside with plenty of fuel in. Matt was excellent, called about a Mini coming coming into stock, he kept us up to date and turned the car around quickly. Very friendly and no pressure to buy. Great service would highly recommend. Had a couple of minor niggles after collection and Matts immediate response was to get it booked in so can’t fault him. Fortunately, they could be sorted without taking the car back so all good.
