We live over 100 miles from Lincoln Mark Motors we phoned up on a Sunday and left a message for a call back within 5 mins Matt phoned us back (We knew it was not a normal working day but phoned on the off chance) we asked if there was any chance of having a look at a Mini Countryman we were interested in Matt agreed to hold the vehicle until we could see it as we had to travel a long way. We arrived a couple of hours later, the car was as described Matt let me and my wife take it for a test drive and it was just what we were looking for. Matt completed all the admin with DVLA, completed the online vehicle tax for us. He was patient while we completed our insurance and breake down cover. All during our visit mat was very helpful, informative, and friendly infact over my 45 years of being a car owner this was by far the best experience of purchasing a car I have ever had. Being a mini specialist what Matt doesn't know about mini' s isn't worth knowing. Well done Matt keep up the good work.
