Absolutely out of order I reserved the car the agreed to the reservation through email, they agreed to a meeting on Saturday and now they’ve just sold the car and told me they don’t have anything to do with auto traders reserve feature, but they literally agreed through email, totally out of order

Customer placed a "reserve" through Autotrader but couldn't get down for nearly a week. The car would remain on sale as it isn't a legal commitment from either party to proceed and we couldn't hold indefinitely for this length of time as we don't receive any funds and have lost out numerous times previously when customers don't turn up knowing they will get the £99 fee returned as this held by Autotrader. Several other customers wanted to come down immediately to buy the car and it was ultimately sold. The customer was informed and then decided to give a barrage of expletives down the phone. Extremely happy now we didn't have to deal with this customer given the language used! Over 450 5* reviews on Autotrader will agree that we are genuine and always as fair as possible.

I bought a Mini Cooper in May 2023. I had an all-round great experience when buying the car - all really professionally done and smoothly handled - and I drove it away that afternoon without any fuss. We bought a Mini One for our daughters first car from Matt. Throughout the whole process he was polite and courteous, explained the process clearly and answered any questions openly and honestly. We would have no problem buying another car from him and are in fact now thinking of downsizing our SUV to a Mini for my wife and myself.

Matt was a pleasure to deal with, he left us to browse the cars we were interested in without any pressure tactics, even went to put more petrol in one of them so we could take it for a longer test drive (we bought the car) . We’ve had our Mini One Convertible for three weeks now and we are really pleased. Would highly recommend Lincoln Marks to anyone in the market for a mini. The condition of our car is excellent (and the other cars in stock looked to also be of a similar high standard). Mark is very knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy.

We would like to thank Matt for the brilliant way in which he handled the purchase of our new Mini. As elderly folk, this will likely be our last car purchase, and we really needed to get everything right.
