Bought my new mini on Friday, and the exchange was a very pleasant experience. Matt was honest and professional about the car, clearly very knowledgable about minis and it made it all the easier. He suggested a route for a test drive and even drove the car out onto the street for me (it's quite a narrow little street the garage is on) In addition, Matt added included breakdown cover included with the cost of the car, very generous to do so.
